The rock group Queen has filed a case against the owner of WeWillRockYou.com at World Intellectual Property forum, asking an arbitration panel to hand the domain name over.
We Will Rock You is one of Queen’s greatest hits.

It might help the current owners of this domain if they know, that the once popular german Band "The Rattles" also had a song called "We will rock you". They also had a song called "Love of my life" in the 60s.....

If they wanted it, why didn't they get it? I can see where they're coming from, but the WWRY site is on a .co.uk page. So if it was an issue, why ddint they just buy both domain names? And use one? Would have solved the problem... is the phrase trademarked?
