No one can accuse him of lacking ambition! It's the enormous modesty, and his humble nature that I find most endearing.

Hi there!
Is this guy really serious?!
I just had a look on his website, he's actually asking us to write Brian, to tell him we want to tour with him!

I actually want Brian's reaction, so you could do the guy a favour and start writing!

conceited and deluded, just the sort of qualities BM and RT would be looking for. pmsl.
I actually left him a comment, which read "Sorry mate, I just don't get it. Sure, you can hold a tune, but there's much better out there who are not this deluded. Dream on...."
And guess what? It's "awaiting moderation" lol.
Guess it's only +ve FB that goes live :)

Yet another Italian impersonator

The posted video cracked me up. I'll have to check out his other stuff later. If he weren't serious it would make great comedy material.

What's even more hilarious is the fact the guy must have fucked up his credit rating just to get a semi-professional looking & sounding trailer made to promote his tin can dream!
Honestly, if Queen WANTED to tour with a guy that intentionally tries to sound like and act like Freddie, they would have done that already with the likes of Jeff Scott Soto, Gary Mullen or Greg Finsley!

Hahaha, he DID eventually post my comments to him!!!
I kinda feel sorry for him now.

Well, like I said, I only watched the clip that was posted in this thread by Zebonka. But if you (inu) have studied this guy, then of course, you would know more than I would about him. So, you are saying that he is Italian and he has no credit anymore. But from what I've heard, Italians are more likely to save money prior to any big expense. For example, I learned from watching International House Hunters that Italians usually save all the money for their houses in advance - that is why the young men live with their families until they are older - then they have enough money saved to buy a house without borrowing any money. This makes tons of sense when you compare it to the attitudes of the recent real estate bubble victims.

As he says on his site:
"When I work with Brian I’ll be sure to give a little more of myself to the classic Queen songs & the new material Brian & Roger want to present, similiar to what Paul Rogers did on their last album/tour."
That's 'when'. Not 'if', but 'when'.

Well, Brian has worked with an Italian singer before.

This guy is mental.

Donna13, it was a completely sarcastic remark. Though mind you, I really can't stand Italian cover bands regardless of who they're covering. Nothing to do with the people themselves, but honestly I find the heavy accented singing very grating, never mind the arrogant aura they give off at times.
