What does everybody think it is? Boston's version is great though Brian fucks up the guitar at the end and Hyde Park definitely isn't the best.

Despite being a little rough-around-the-edges, Liverpool and Coventry have great versions (especially Coventry), Manchester has an AWESOME improv section, Boston's is great (Brian just had to make up chords though), and the one from 3/31/1976 is nice!

Versions that do not sound good are stuff like Himeji/Fukuoka (for obvious reasons).

Brian broke a string in Boston I believe. It sure sounds like that.

From the recordings I have heard I've never really thought this song worked well live.

In my opinion the best version of The Prophet's Song is from the first night at the Earls Court '77. Freddie does create great effects in the middle section.

I agree with Macca... this song never worked well live for the band. They had moments where it worked in sections in various shows but for the most part it was a weaker song to perform. White Man too.
