(RTTNews) - The three surviving members of Queen - Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon - will each receive $16 million after re-releasing remastered versions of their second five albums. The band released the first five in March this year.

They have recorded a profit of over $70 million total, according to their production company.

Each version includes a double CD featuring a bonus EP made up of rare tracks, re-mixes and live material.

The band's late singer Freddie Mercury recently finished second in NME's poll of the Greatest Singers Of All Time behind Michael Jackson.

The poll, which took place on NME.COM saw 10 million votes being cast, 4,000 Facebook comments and, initially, saw Mercury at the top spot until Jackson climbed to number one.

Glad they are reissuing... No one twists old fans to buy the material, and it brings a new generation to their music (aside from the better sound quality!)
