Any one have the interview regarding My Baby Does Me?

I just read how they pass off credit to each other on the bass line, I'd kinda like to see/hear the actual interview if any one has it.

That's the interview with Mike Read titled Queen for an Hour, and I do believe it is official, as it was released here in the US somewhere between 92-94 sometime. You won't find it here unfortunately, but if you do some digging, I'm certain you can find it quite easily lol. Easier to do that than to find the actual 'official' release...

The Interview with Mike Read is on the American box set greatest hits 1-2. It comes as an extra cd and also has Queen postcard. I also think the box set is quite rare now. The band chat mostly about the The Miricle, album as it was just released at the time  Also enjoying the new remastred cds, but agree like most fans about giving us live product we already have. spoils the extras. looking forward to the next 5 albums in september The Works-A Kind of Magic-The Miricle-Innuendo-Made In Heaven.

I believe it's the same interview in the "Queen Talks" CD, which was included in "The Queen Colection", a U.S. boxed set.
It usually sells cheap on eBay. Certainly cheaper than buying Greatest Hits and Classic Queen as imports in a major record store.

I got mine at $9.99 plus shipping, or something.

Actually a very good interview that Queen fans should listen to.... the silence when asked about future touring is deafening...

I agree. It's a great interview. With some very funny moments and a very relaxed Deaky, which is quite rare.

Fred also keeps reminding the audience that he is talking ('Freddie here)', like he was very unsure that people wouldn't recognise his voice (which had changed of course, but still...)

Yeah I have the interview & it is good. With hindsight listening to Freddie struggle to justify the reasons not to tour is awkward to say the least

The truth is that he wanted to do a tour, probably the initial idea was to do a small tour in England, but he feared that his weakness are evident to the public.

  He perhaps could do short gigs, but he isn't be that Freddie seen in Magic Tour. Would be slower, not so energic, and comparisons with the past and the speculation about his illness would be unbearable

Interesting to hear Freddie say he was an admirer of Robert Plant (and rightfully so). Maybe Brian and Roger later got confused and thought he had said he admired Paul Rodgers. Or maybe they approached Robert for their Q+ project and when he turned them down they decided a third rate Robert Plant clone was better than no Robert Plant clone. Just sayin'.
