They were probably permitted to record the first song or two. In that case, they used WWRY because it was the more popular of the two songs, and they probably scrapped the rest of the footage. Most people didn't really care to preserve the footage back then ... they didn't realize how lucky they were to have all these great bands, and how valuable the footage would be decades later.

I have uploaded it. The clip was part of a Berlin documentary for the year 1978 this week. I taped it per VHS. But the uploaded clip is an extract of the web stream (without tv logo).
