I really like this song, in my view very underated.
In my view (could be wrong), I think this song is such a waste that a wider audience could listen too, compared to anything current.
I find its a lot more real compared to the crap thats in the single charts at the moment.
I think some radio stations are scared to play it perhaps for its content???
Whats everyones views???

No radio would touch it anyway. Radio 2 or Absolute would playlist a new Queen track at a push, but put simply, solo Queen releases don't mean anything in 2011.

There's nothing wrong with protest songs. American Idiot is one of the most successful rock records in decades.
Roger name-drops Afghanistan. You're not going to get airplay by being that specific, nor will your song stand the test of time. Would 'Imagine' still be relevant today if John Lennon said Vietnam in the second verse?

Radios won't play it because the lyres are cheesy shit like every other song Roger has ever written.

roger was alway's hit or miss for me, more misses though.........but he wrote some great tunes, like tenament funster. As for lryics, These are the day's of our lives is perfect, and of course he wrote some great lryics on the song Innuendo...So not every roger song has stupid lryics...

It's really not a very good song. Neither is Mr. Murdoch. I appreciate his sentiment but sentiment =/= good music.
