Hello, how Ya doin’, feeling good, okay? My name called Burt and I have only single question regarding Hangman song. What in everyone’s and you self opinion is the lyrics could be about? Is not just adlib DE DAs but has good strong rhythm and word progression? what are if any people answer for this? I will let you discuss it only, no silly mockeries it’s only a bloody record after all. Be free to tell me your opinion below. Also one another single question could this be for which will come out on the boxset when released? Much thanks.

I personally think that Hangman will never be released. If it was then it might have been included in the recent remasters discs.........

Sure we have, not a studio version, but a good enough live version to know it's not a very good song.

I thought you might say that :) But at the end of the day, we're only speculating....the live version was experimental, I think, and I don't think I've heard one version the same as another....the studio version may have had a different structure, tempo, lyrics etc, and would likely have had some great guitar work and polished vocals. The only folk who will know are Queen, the guys who were at the studio, quite possibly our esteemed archivist and John S Stewart (if he's even played the acetate).

I know all about you They call you Mr. T You own a barber's shop and you use a cut throat very very skillfully have you made any more pork pies for me (there's variations of these lines in all the versions, but the same basic things are there, MR T the barber, cut throat razor and pork pies.)
Considering where Freddie lived there's a high probability that the song is about Mr Todd, the barbers son, who used his cut throat razor to cut people up and bake them into pies. A well known myth / legend even before the Sweeney Todd musical was created. I've told "you" this before in one of your other threads asking the same thing.
