Oh I see that Hernan didn't have an idea what to do with the missing beginning, so he re-used different (incorrect) parts of the video. The "other" problem could be actually a youtube conversion bug, it happened to me also, my source video was perfectly synchronized but the youtube video had a small "time shift"
