I just returned from holidays two days ago, and I discovered that a new pro-shot footage had appeared. It was Berlin on 28th April 1978. I didn't even know that this concert was filmed.
Is there any more info about it? Was more of this concert filmed? Just wondering.

Probably other footage, but it's cleverly edited from one camera. Usually TV camera crews are turfed out after a couple of songs.

Bingo. They probably filmed Brighton Rock too, but since WWRY is the bigger of the two songs, that one was aired.
Lostman, it's from a German documentary that just aired a few weeks ago.

Both of you are correct! Usually the first 2 or 3 songs are recorded when film crews are permitted to film for stories on the band then they're "booted" out of the photographers pit.

I was there in the Deutschlandhalle 1978. My first Queen Concert from a lot to come...
As I am working now in the media (as TV crew too) it is right, the first 2-3 songs were recorded. This is originally from the daily Berlin TV News show BERLINER ABENDSCHAU. I think is was about 3 minutes long. This was from a doku that was aired recently. Hopefully the original content will come alive once more. At least, it´s still in the archives...
By the way: Please watch my entry for the Queen videoclip competition and vote for it, if you like it: http://fb.me/19vfw9Mpa

Thanks for the great info ! Hopefully someone recorded the original broadcast.
And your tribute band video is brilliant. I really hope you find your Freddie to match the rest of the band - you guys certainly have the goods.
