If they were just having problems with the website, I doubt a company like Outside Line (of whatever it is called) couldn't come up with a back-up or simplified site within a couple of hours. As said before: the server does seem to be reachable (hence the message) so...

Is the website down because of the riots in England...?

You can get on the offical forum it says they are having a issue with the hosting company.

If Brian has passed, to quote his 1992 song Love Token 'well that's a shame', because he's gone without getting the honour of becoming Sir May, which he sodding well deserves! I'm sure he's still thrashing around on his axe, but my point still stands. HE SHOULD BE KNIGHTED A.S.A.P!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe they did not give enough of their seventy million dollars to the Queen of England?     Maybe half of it all was STILL not good enough.    Maybe Sharia Law has been enacted over there in Angland?     I guess their whole retreat and surrender freedom thing is not working out.

yeah, it would be news.  The thought did cross my mind, but i figured that it would be on the papers, radio, whatever.  Or someone would have heard something.  And they would have updated it to say that,not closed the whole site.
