In your opinion, is Love of my Life the most HEARTFELT crowd sing-a-long (of all time) at Queen concerts?
Please answer Yes/No. If your answer is No, then write in a challenger, such as:

Teo Torriatte (Let us Cling Together)
Friends Will Be Friends
Las Palabras de Amor
I Want to Break Free
Somebody to Love
Save Me
Or any other Queen song you think is the most heartfelt crowd sing along at Queen concerts
I'll be right behind you, right until the ends of the Earth
Yes, I think that's exactly where it excels for most - as THE mood shifting sing along and established audience experience dedicated fans know to expect.  It became a cherished connection between fans and band, and fans and fans.  On the downside, that makes the whole thing a bit de rigeur, which likely blunts the impact for some. It think the genesis of the song and it's hallowed place in live work created a subjective experience of great song out of what might otherwise have been just a very good song.
Yes. Yes I do.
Any way the wind blows...
No, not for me - it's Teo Torriatte every time - I always, always cry.

Nice choice, very soulful and heartfelt!  I like Teo alot - the first Japanese I've ever come to know, via Queen.

For me, nowadays,  there is something about Friends will be Friends - it's really grown on me, especially after Breakthru in July.  I'll look forward to seeing it on the Wembley DVD toward the end of the concert.  That is - when I FINALLY get my Wembley DVD.  I have so much stuff on "pre-order" status it is getting ridiculous (just takes forever to get this stuff over here - unless you want to pay the import price.)

"Friends will be Friends ... right till the end"   Yeah!!

Brian puts more emotion into Love of my Life than Freddie, in my opinion.

You may pull out your guns now.

I'm bringing out my shotgun....

Actually, since Brian's got a much "softer" and "gentler" voice than Freddie, it actually makes sense to say that he puts more emotion in the song!
I always knew I was a star And now, the rest of the world seems to agree with me-Freddie Mercury

I hope you're using that shotgun to shoot yourself in the ears because you are so wrong.  I know it's all a matter of personal taste but fuck me!!
Don't shun it!
My ears are blown off.
