I don't think the Radio Ga Ga instrumental from the vinyl 12" & The Miracle The Miracle (Cohen-Jiya Mix) have surfaced on cd yet. Just wanted to know if anyone has come across them and can possible share. Thanks

Radio GAGA Instrumental is classed as "Official Material" and therefore not allowed here.
Don't worry, I'm sure it will surface on an official CD soon enough, but in the meantime there is always ebay.
