Back Chat 7" Remix and 12" versions question

Can anyone tell me definitively if the single version of Back Chat is actually a "remix" as it is labelled? To me it just sounds like an edit of the regular mix, rather than the original actually 'remixed' as claimed. Any thoughts?? Incidentally, do we know with the 12" versions such as Breakthru, The Invisible Man, Radio Ga Ga etc... whether any of the band members were specifically responsible for the mixes, or did they leave Mackenzie/David Richards and the Luke to come up with these however they fancied, and then the band just approve them??

Single Version is remix - it's got different mix with additional percussions.

I believe both were remixed by John Deacon, if my notes are accurate.

I'm pretty sure Back Chat was remixed by John, I don't know about the others.

Sorry, by "both" I meant both the 7" Re-Mix and 12" Extended Mix of "Back Chat" were done by John.
