Interesting to see that nobody has selected anything from The Cosmos Rocks.

I wonder why?

Probably because that album is a queen + paul rodgers album and not a queen album.
Very nice songs; surf's up.. school's out  / c-lebrity / say it's not true

That last song title echoes my sentiments exactly. Say it isn't true, the fact that the best band in the world has succumbed to scraping the barrel in this way.

Actually someone picked Through The Night from Cosmos Rocks. I also like this song. There are some good songs on the album but should be considered more of a joint solo collaboration rather than a Queen album.

I consider them Queen + Paul Rodgers songs, oddly enough.

I have a feeling that's because, aside from "Say It's Not True" (a Queen track originally) and "War Boys" (a Paul Rodgers song), both written and performed before Q+PR form, the songs were conceived (or at least first performed) by the three of them.

Like it or not (and I know many here don't like it) Queen + Paul Rodgers is as legitimate a collaboration (a *Queen* collaboration) as Queen & David Bowie.

When you're feeling down and you're resistance is low
Light another cigarette, and let yourself go
This is your life, don't play hard to get
It's a free world, all you have to do is fall in love! Play the Game!

---

You say you love me, and I hardly know your name
And if I say I love you, in the candle light, there's no one but my self to blame...

Hard to narrow it down to one, but I think it would be a tie between White Man and Mustapha. However there is a difference between my favorite songs and what I think are their best songs. That's for another thread, though.
