I originally bought all the 1991 versions of the albums and now I'm curious if it's worth buying the 2011 ones. Bonus discs aside are any of the original albums improved or should I stick with the 1991 versions?

You should at least buy Sheer Heart Attack so that you can have In The Lap Of The Gods without that awful edit.

People are divided about the sound quality. Personally, the extra low-end and overall extra punch is worth the purchase alone.

The 1991 Hollywood version cut out a couple seconds near the beginning of the song.

I have two Hollywood Records remasters of Sheer Heart Attack. One has the awful edit, the other one is corrected.

That's the one i'm on the fence about. I think i'll get it. I just ordered the Queen 2 and Night At The Opera 25th ann edition.
