What demo would you have liked to be turned into a real studio song? I would love: Back To Storm Dog With A Bone Feel Like Hangman Robbery

"Hangman" was a finished song, played live for years.

------- Yes! And Dog With A Bone isn´t propely a demo... is more a convention mesage with music and random (and funny) lyrics...

None.
I think they (mostly) made the right choices on which songs to pursue and which ones to put on their solo albums.

I can't agree. Musically every version is similar (but not the same), but lyrically - Freddie seems to be improvising on every gig, so at least the lyrics can be considered NOT finished

Well Dog With A Bone is great and if you cut the band messages, it would make a perfect B-side to any Miracle single. Feel Like is a boring improvisation, Under Pressure is MUCH better (and I can tell it even when I don't like the song at all). Back To Storm - quite interesting, but it would take a LOT of work to create something useful from it. Hangman would be GREAT. Robbery - the currently available version gets boring after the first minute or so

I think "I guess we're falling out" has a great melody and is far ahead of all the other unreleased tracks I've heard . I'd love to hear a more complete version with proper lyrics. The other demos are pretty average as they are and I'd agree Queen usually made the right call on what to leave, though who knows what might have become of them if they had been revisited.
I really dislike some of the lyrics of some,"Robbery", "self made man", "hang on in there" (yes I know it was released), but I guess again that they would have been overhauled if the band spent any time on them.
