Indeed, the people who just show off what they have aren't helping anyone. But they represent a small minority of collectors, so don't let them speak for everyone.

The reality is - if it weren't for collectors, 99% of what is in this section of the forum would not be here.

Trading fans are also the reason that people DO get to see some beautiful recordings, because they're the ones that generally grab their balls and actually go film the concert while everyone else just sits and whinges that nobody seemed to filmed it and they can't have a recording for free and with absolutely no effort whatsoever on their part.

It's all give and take folks, and as a trader myself I find it interesting that it's the SAME people everytime that make the recordings. Can you blame those people for not giving away for free? Eventually you get fed up of being the only one and start to think "Fuck em. If no one else can be arsed, why should I share a recording I risked being thrown out for if caught...."

I'm looking forward to seeing just how many videos or audio recordings from the upcoming Q&AL tour actually appear. If the 2006 US tour is anything to go by it won't be many...

It'll also be interesting to see whether it's the whining Queen fans who record them or the Adam Lambert fans!!!!
