I was watching the BBC doco today with my girlfriend and she couldn't get over Freddie's overbite. Her theory is he grew the 'stache to somewhat disguise his teeth. Wasn't the real reason because of the so-called 'clone' look?

Bit of both I reckon... disguise the huge goofers and fit in a bit better with the gayers...

Well at least unlike most other threads it hasn't been asked a million times before. I wonder what the preferred pubic arrangement is for your everyday gay man?

<--- ^^^That must explain the shocking look on BM's face over there

Prob just his super gay phase (as if prancing around in the 70's wasn't questionable)... a hold over from the New York scene, inferring from the Peter Freestone book

hmm... without being insulting... which IS the queerer (visually) era FM?... eyeliner and cape during FLASH...or the "macho" Gay guy stache?

in most "steers and queers" counties... i think the long hair would be more suspect.

Oh well, helluva Artist. Inspiring in many many ways.

The 70's Freddie ( feminine with the ballet shoes, long neck chains, flamboyant outfits) vs the 80's Freddie (buzz hairt,  stache, wearing jeans and fitted t-shirts), both are pretty cool in their own way!
