I must admit this is the first time I see this footage. Can somebody confirm it's exactly what it claims to be ?
Yes!
I can confirm that it is absolutely awesome.

Very interesting footage. It's strange that nobody's been noticing it for three and a half years.
Amazing stuff. John has long hair in the 70s footage, so it's most likely from Basel 5-19-77.
I'll try contacting the filmer to see if we can get the uncut footage. As always, let's leave this to a single person. Nothing good can come from 20 people asking for the same thing.

This is very nice! Indeed amazing stuff to look at.

Give it a try... you'll never know!
Maybe they just felt like singing Love Of My Life during the filming of I Want To Break free video to give the miners a wee treat?
Has anybody noticed that from roughly 3:14 secs the sound is from Hammy Odeon Christmas 75 gig.
Sounds like it to me.I mean when Freddie sings the line"There's no meaning to my pretending"on ITLOTG revisited, his mic feeds back slightly. That happened in the Hammy O gig.

Yes, it's not the original recording from the video from that night. Sounds like Hammy O to me.
The videos were originally silent and the guy obviously dubbed them with soundboard audio from well known shows.
The 1980 video seems to have genuine sound. But the 77 footage is silent.
Any news on this?
