My favorite is a tie between Ogre Battle and March of the Black Queen. My least favorite is Loser in the End by far (sorry Roger!!!).
White Queen would be my favorite but I feel like they could have done a better job of recording it. It worked much better live and the BBC version is better as well.

Favorite: White Queen
Least Favorite: The Fairy Feller's Master-Stroke
(but I don't really think there's any 'bad' songs on Queen II, sooo...)

Along with "Chuck Norris" Bashing, questions and jokes about John Deacon since retirement, (valid) Complaints about re-re-re-releases (i.e. Queen's Absolute Best of the Absolutely Greatest of Greatest Hits I, II and III), Top Favorite lists, and the (*hilarious) ongoing thread about "Brian's Curse" ...
....Loser in the End bashing... has got to be one of the most recurrent topics. Nice way to rephrase it though.
...Geez, is it really that long since something momentous happened?

I don't have a least favorite on this album. It flows seamlessly from beginning to end and is exactly as it should be.

March Of The Black Queen and Loser In The End - I'll leave it up to you to guess which one is my favourite and the one I least enjoy.

I'm fascinated by all the songs in Queen II, except for "Loser in the End." The atmosphere of the whole album is just incredible to me. In addition, I appreciate the Baroque rock style of "The Fairy Feller's Master Stroke." A stroke of genius in my opinion and one of the many Queen essentials to understanding the mindset of Queen, their experimentation and the new sounds they were committed to introducing. Queen II is a fantastic collective work.

Fave: March Of The Black Queen (White Queen in second place) Worst song IMO: Some Day One Day.

Last time I checked, this was a forum, and this IS general discussion which is the place for topics like this one. If you don't like it, then don't comment. This is one of the things that queenzone is meant for.

Favourite is MOTBQ and my least favourite is Funny how love is (I'm surprised no one has mentioned it). It ruins the flow of the last few songs for me.

It's a close to perfect album, almost conceptual, Brians and then Freddies unique compositions braced together by Rogers 'loser in the end'. It's like; Brian takes us steadily up the mountain, we meet Roger at the top and then we storm down the other side with Freddie. Every aspect belongs in it's alotted space.

White Queen (As It Began) is definately my favourite song on the album, it's probably my favourite queen song overall (that is extremely hard to decide though). As for my least favourite? Gosh, I don't know. I would probably say Funny How Love Is (not saying that it's a bad song, just had to pick one for the thread).
Definately one of their best albums in my opinion, tied with A Day at the Races and A Night at the Opera.
