No no no. Blame England! You see, England is who granted Paul Rodgers citizenship in [i]Canada[/i]. If you don't believe me you can read it here:
(I can handle all manner of journalistic failings, but when people write things that are so patently dumb that it would have occurred to a three toed sloth to double check the information, it kind of robs me of hope. Rodgers lives in Surrey, British Columbia and attended the ceremony there. In Canada, where people actually have authority to magically turn people into Canucks.)
