I can't believe anyone actually thought this was real, it looks far to generous and professional.

it fooled me for a minute - probably because I want it so bad. But I've embraced it now and want more!

I am sure everyone has seen the AMAZING treatments that the PINK FLOYD remastered catalog has gotten since it's recent facelift, overhaul.
Entire giant boxes (album size) with incredible unreleased tracks, takes, live versions of specific songs under the really well known albums. i.e. Dark Side of The Moon, ect. - they have them at Best Buy for $125. a pop but with amazing goodies inside. THAT's the kind of treatment the QUEEN catalog should've gotten. 

I hope for real that this QUEEN II - Special Deep Cut Edition is for real and not some nasty, fake bullshit some fan has created trying to fuck with us all. PLEASE DON'T DO THAT STUFF here on this site! No one appreciates it OR thinks its funny.

SInce it didn't come from Queen Productions (this announcement) - then it probably IS bogus b.s.

This is fantastic that I want to buy it. hope to see by include box package!

Wow! seeing the fierce comments this thread has gotten it once more shows how badly us fans are in NEED of a release like this.

I am a graphic designer (like Freddie was before he went off to do that other thing) and I spend most of my time creating product design.
This "Deep Cut Edition" is actually some homework I did some time ago. So to me, never a waste of time :)

The original one I made included a 32x32cm box with cream colored suede on the inside to incorporate the 'black' and 'white' side of the abum. But as production of such a box would exceed the price I would be willing to pay for such a release i decided to bin it.

This release CAN be manufacured and sold for UNDER €50,- a very reasonable price I think.
