new interview with Roger has the following intersting snippet:

Taylor: "I’ve got some solo stuff coming out and we’re thinking of going out on the road next year... Summer festivals,
that kind of thing."

I read this as Roger going out to do some shows, instead of it being about Queen doing festivals.

I think right after that, answering if "we" would include Adam Lambert, Roger defined "we" as him and Brian, then saying something else to confuse us even more. But I did understand he referred to "Queen", whatever that means nowadays.

Yes, you're right Ogre, he was definitely referencing 'Queen'.  I couldn't see Roger doing festivals as a solo act to be honest.

Should be interesting to see where abouts Brian/Roger and extras would sit on a bill.  Sadly they would not be big enough a draw to headline a Reading, leeds, Glastonbury etc.., but I wouldn't want to see them low down on a bill.

I'm hoping they headline something like 'Hard Rock Calling' in Hyde Park, or the Classic Rock festival in Victoria Park; this would target their core audience, and the bill is usually full of pretty good bands and not loads of 'fillers' I'd hate to sit through just to see them.
