When i first saw the movie I was like, "what the fuckr is this??"  But, I can now say its one of my favorite movies.  I know almost all critics absolutely hate the movie, but its just fun to watch.

I am  a fan of the soundtrack and always listen to it start to finish.
I don;t think I have watched the mvie in whole more than twice, but I do play the time warp part freqently. It is too lengthy for me.
Also I think not casing Freddie as the scientist was a missed opportunity.

Yeah, the soundtrack is great.  Time Warp never gets old in my book.

I love the soundtrack. The movie though, is absolutely hilarious. It's messed up as some points, obviously, but there's always a place for it on Halloween night. And whenever else I feel like watching it.

But yeah, the soundtrack is really great!
Any way the wind blows...

Love it!  I was meant to go see it in a theatre a few months ago, but cowered out because of the 'virgin sacrifices' at live performances of it.  But i love the movie -- rarely would bother to watch the whole thing in one sitting, but i love the songs from it, so i often watch some of them.  :D

It's been my favorite movie since I was 13 or so. In fact, when I was 13 (five years ago), there was a pack of Rocky Horror Loving Teenagers on this very forum and we all obsessed over it together, which I'm sure was very irritating to older members.

Saw it most recently in Paris on Halloween night a few years ago (2009?) with fellow QZer, John Drake.  LOVE the RHPS.

Hey there Sergei! I hope all is groovy with you!

Oh, I'm decent, just handling the sloppy transition from Loser Teenager to Loser Adult. But for the most part everything's good.

I have the DVD, it's pretty neat, but I'm not obsessed.

Ha! Something tells me you're going to turn out OK. Glad to hear everything's good. Have you started college/uni yet, or are you still finishing up high school?

"RHPS" is great. You must see it in a movie theater when they have actors and the theater allows all of the fun mayhem.

BTW, Brian May recorded "Hot Patootie." It was released on a bonus cd that was included with his "Another World" cd.

At this point I've heard back from all but one of my schools (they release decisions on the 15th), gotten a few merit-based scholarships, now I'm just waiting for need-based financial aid packages so my broke ass can get loans and grants.
