Just listened to the bass track for Bicycle Race. So many little intricacies that are buried in the mix! It even sounds like Johns only slapping and popping on a Queen album, I could never tell he was slapping until now. Excellent bass track!

This is why I love all of these stems and multitracks. There is SO much buried in the final mixes of songs that we never get to hear properly.
I really think queen should just relent and release stems like these for every song they've done. I'd happily pay for them.

It's interestng you say that!
I was listening to a few Jazz tracks and remarked on the bass on Let Me Entertain You and Jealousy.
Along with Bicycle Race I think these were all Freddie songs so he and John seemed to be working together particularly well at that time.

[/QUOTE] Queen should do this with more songs. Totally agree.
An Anthology is going to be released for sure one time.
I think a cd including multitracks will be a great idea.....
