Quote and Edit functions fail to retrieve the original texts!

As it says in the topic title. Whenever I go to try and use either the Quote or Edit buttons, NOTHING shows up in the text entry box!

It works if you click on the Advanced Editor.

Edit:  The quotation box is not working again.

This site needs a relift, it is old,the design is awful and nothing works
