QUEEN lead guitarist Brian May is looking at the possibility of a tour with drummer Roger Taylor
"I hesitate to say this, but it may happen," he said. "As soon as we appeared with Adam Lambert at the VMAs, the phone started ringing and it hasn't stopped since. There are an awful lot of people out there who would like to see that package, so we may do something. But I'm not going to say what it might be!"
Brian, now aged 64, said he still found it hard to believe Queen had reached the 40 year milestone.
He said: "It's amazing, I don't know where it goes, all sorts of scrapes have happened. But what's amazing is that for a band that's been without its singer for 20 years, we've been more active than ever."
Brian said a follow-up to stage hit We Will Rock You was also waiting in the wings.
He said: "Ben Elton has written a sequel, which I think is magnificent. I guess what we don't have is the time and the right moment to put it on yet, because We Will Rock You takes up a lot of our time, we're a victim of our own success."

Oh God no. If they want to do something with a gay singer, they can use George Michael - he can at least sing

ha ha ha ha totally Agree!
Adam Lambert..is a singer?.
Why don't they call to Tim Staffell and reunite Smile for a gentle farewell from music.

I doubt that Tim Staffel would want to be in the public eye really, but a last Smile reunion of some description would be amazing. Almost anything but Adam Lambert or Lady Ga Ga would be good actually.

Lady Gaga, I wouldn't mind, but as for Adam Lambert, I'd rather not see him with Brian or Roger ever again.

Tim bowed out 40 years ago and has had no regrets whatsoever, but he'd be just about the only singer I'd like to see with yet another ressurected Queen+. A little less gloss and a bit more substance please.

I'd rather see that guy Marc Martel up front with Brian and Roger...
may be slightly eerie - but it's the closest thing to the real thing...
I'm sure if they did that, they would sell out major venues...
Besides, they wouldn't be the first band to sport a replica --> AC/DC did just fine with Brian Johnson, not really a replacement for Bon Scott, but he did the job nicely.

Dear god NO. I could easily deal with Lady Gaga, Tom Chaplin or even Marc Martel, heck even Utada Hikaru for crying out loud! But Adam Lambert......FUCK THAT SHIT

I think that Paul Rodgers,John,Brian,Roger would be the best choice. No Lady Ga Ga, Adam Lambert or George Michael, thank you !Get John back onboard and no more greatest hits tours, give us some of the old tunes.

AC/DC weren't good to begin with. And I seriously doubt John will ever play at another Queen show.

I remember hearing about the Queen and PR tour back in '04 sometime, and raised an eyebrow about it, but thought that it just might work. Saw them in '06 in San Diego, and it was just on fire! With Adam Lambert...not a snowball's chance in hell that I'd see them with him. Or Lady gaga. George Michael...great singer, could easily sing most of Freddie's tunes, but seriously...can you see him up there singing 'Tie Your Mother down'? Yeah...neither could I. As much as we'd all love to see John come back, he's done, he's over it. It sucks, but what can we do?

Great news! I am absolutely excited that they are playing again, no matter how. At this point, anything they still do is a great bonus to me. I am not quite a fan of Adam, but I trust the guys (I do!). I am so much of a fan that I even like most of their eventual collaborations. I would go see them with a sheep singing or a childrens choir if necessary. Of course I would love to see just Brian and Roger (if possible with John), but that seems not to be in the cards. So, I just adore to see them playing and I am very happy that they are still active. Shoot me :)
Cheers,

With a singer that does justice to the songs - Yes! Very Please!
With this Lambert guy - Nope, i won't bother.
Why not do a Tour with different singers. For rocky songs, ballads and the ones that have more soul to ut. Take 2 or 3 good ones, and let Brian and Roger sing a few too. Form a super band and bow out in style!
