Bad idea. Lambert is the total opposite of Freddie. He talks too much about his private life. He sounds like a girl. Sorry. Have you seen the people who attend his concerts? Nothing against old people but Lambert fans are a bunch of middle age geezers. Boring!!

Yes, I'm a teenager and I know Queen are in their 60's but this is Brian "F**king" May and Roger "F**king" Taylor we are talking about. Cool dudes. I fit in with the real Queen fans even if they are older plus a lot of young people like Queen too. Guess because Queen fans are more hip.

Dear Rogertaylorhere,

I am one of Adam Lambert's geezer fans. Don't you realize we were actually your age when Queen was popular and loved them and recognize real talent when we see it? *cough* Adam Lambert

Adam is a great singer

Rodgers sucks
and people who says Lambert is a bad singer, too

They have no idea about music

I love Gregsynth and tss's review on lamberts Belfast performance. Intelligent criticism without insulting the artist. In response, because I love to talk about adam, I am a diehard Adam fan. Love him as an artist and as a person. I have seen hundreds of his performances live and via video. There are two that I thiink were bad. #1 AMA performance. His worst ever. #2. Belfast Queen. Not good. I know nothing about E flats, etc., but he didn't sound good. He had only one day for rehearsal. Adam is a perfectionist when it comes to "getting it right." but he had no time.
He is not a Freddie wannabe. far from it. But this is a fun gig for him and an honor too.
What he does have is a voice capable of doing
Freddie material and a great stage presence. So let's see what he does with a week's rehearsal which is what he said he willl have for Sonisphere. Personally, I think he is trying to tackle too much at once between this and promoting his own new album.
