I had contact with RockBand today.
We don’t have any more Queen content to announce for Rock Band, but we already have a bunch of songs available on the Rock Band Music Store… close to 40 of Queen’s biggest tracks!

I'm Nick Chester, publicist for Harmonix, the folks who make Rock Band and would have announced this Queen pack for the game. While I admit a pack like this would be awesome (we're big Queen fans here, for sure), we haven't announced any such pack. I hate to be the bearer of bad news. :(
We do, as you probably already know, have 30+ Queen songs that ARE playable in Rock Band. This is between on-disc songs and the stuff we've release as downloadable content. So there's no shortage of Queen in our game!
Of course, that doesn't mean we won't add more in the future... we just haven't announced anything yet (and to be perfectly clear again, the info from the OP isn't legitimate). Said that, please, forget all the things I told you on my past message, which I've done because there was no confirmation of it. The estimated launch date for the pack still remains unknown, and it's a riddle to guess it.
As usual, the content will be released on disc format and as downloadable content. In just a few days there will be posted on the official website the tracklist for this pack.
