Well that's great I now have the 60min version on my hard drive.
Next question: Chile 2008 ...... was that recorded / broadcast in HD? :-)
Also what about Return of the Champions TV broadcasts? Any HD copies floating around?

Yep. The TV broadcasts were only an hour (or so). Did you get the Sheffield 05 torrent as well?[/QUOTE] Not yet. First of all I want to re-encode the Ukraine m2ts into x264 mkv and share it if nobody will be faster :-)

BTW the tracklist of the edited broadcast is
One Vision Tie Your Mother Down The Show Must Go On Fat Bottomed Girls I Want It All I Want To Break Free Love Of My Life I'm In Love With My Car (they cut out my favourite part - Roger's solo :-( ) Say It's Not True Bad Company Bijou (they cut out Brian's "standard" solo and Last Horizon :-( ) C-lebrity Cosmos Rocking All Right Now We Will Rock You We Are The Champions God Save The Queen

Why?
If you intend to reduce the file size, just bear in mind that it's currently interlaced and should stay as such otherwise you are effectively degrading the image.
That's as bad as converting a lossless stereo recording to mono mp3 in my book.

Use tsmuxer to convert to an m2ts file and try that.
It stutted constantly on mine before I did that.
It's just a typical ts file header problem.
If it still doesn't work, download Gomplayer and update your ffdshow filters: all freely available on the net...

does this lower the quality of the film?

No. It just changes the file headers to make playback more compatible.
