Well... it will probably be one absolute greatest hits setlist

This way if people complain, he can say that at least he warned them that it wouldn't be a Freddie Mercury style show. In other words, he doesn't want a bunch of angry fans asking for their money back or throwing things on the stage.

Also it may be that Brian and Roger will let Adam sing some of his new songs. Maybe that is why Brian is saying it will be a big challenge ... because he is talking about rehearsing Adam's songs and also working with Adam on the Queen songs (plus maybe working with other singers and maybe some of Adam's band members). It seems like a lot of hard work and preparation for a "one-off".

I hope it is really really good and the crowd enjoys it.

I agree with him .. I had the rpivilégio to see Freddie live and even to be with him .. NOBODY IN THIS WORLD so far as it will be ... So it was with Paul Rodgers and certainly will be with Adam Lambert ... Do not know if the remains of Queen are right or wrong .. but I know it is great to hear Queen .. ever! And God save the Queen .. Every Queen's .. Blondie The Queen and The Queen expert!

Seems to me that he seems a lit scared of what the crowds reaction may be after hearing comments, so he's trying to justify it. Rightly so. This isn't American Idol, Queen fans don't take a liking to American Idiots.
