Question - are these polls manipulated in some way?
Because it's not the first time I've seen this happen. Q magazine's readers (apparently) voted Gallagher greatest Singer at one point.
I guess it shouldn't niggle me, but it's bullshit.

I highly doubt that, did you read the little interview with him? That guy thinks he is the all that and much more, and reading his quotes made me want to punch him in his douchey little face. "Greatest frontman? I knew that anyway! There's not many of us about." "It's always been about the vocal for me, man. If you're a good looking fucker like me, you've got to be down the front, haven't you?"
Seriously? Even Freddie sometimes sounded a little self-centered in interviews, but this guy strikes me as a total asshole. And what in the hell is Beady Eye?

Who really matters that poll? Bellamy and Mercury are far better that that idiot, as a musicians, and as a frontmans, and they are more popular. Just their fans don't waste their time voting in stupid teen polls. Personally i'm bored off those polls, just ignore all.

one thing i'd accept about the gallagher tw*t...he was a great frontman from the perspective of keeping oasis in the tabloids gossip pages for a decade - maintaining the public awareness - and that definitely sells records
