Reaching Out single release

If there are any 'obscure' Q+PR tracks, then Reaching Out has to be one. I know there are two versions - the 1996 version and the 2005 version. The '05 version was released as a live single, but I have no idea whether it charted or not. Any insight? And if the '96 version was released as a single, does anyone know if that version had any success?

Reaching Out isn't Q+PR, it's from Rock Therapy, a "project" of Brian May,
Charlie Watts (Rolling Stones), Paul Rodgers and a few others for charity.

Basically, the song didn't get that much attention until it was sampled by Eminem in 2009.
The only place I know it "charted" was in the UK, peaking at #126.
