The name "Testi" may remind some people with an immature sense of humor (like me and, evidently, microwave) of the word "testicles," which are the balls that can be found, in males, just underneath the penis. The testicles are where sperm--reproductive cells that can be released during sex--is produced. Because of their relation to sex and their unacceptability in normal polite conversation, talking about testicles is considered funny to some, so relating someone's last name to them is comedy gold. Also, Freddie Mercury is well known for being gay (actually, bisexual) so he would have liked testicles. Microwave is suggesting something here that is all kinds of weird.
