Earls Court matrix

Has anybody tried already to create a matrixed audio using Earls Court's video source and Jim Jenkins' audience master ?

I am working on one for more than a week and I'm only on White Queen and not satisfied at all. I have to align the speed of both sources multiple times on each song, and I still get an annoying "echo" in some spots.

Is here some audio engineer with enough free time ? In the good old student days I would simply ignore school for one day, lock myself in a quiet room with headphones and do it on my own within a few hours, but an employed man's life is "slightly" more busy.

I would love to do an upgrade of my Earls Court DVD set and I would like to put this as an alternate audio track on it.

I'm by no means an expert but I'll give it a try. I've got too much time on my hands! :P
