I know exactly what I'm replying to.

All the watermarks, threats of calling the RIAA, logs of emails and YouTube comments... All it does is keeps dragging on the same old bullshit week after week.

The point he is making is fairly clear. David R Fuller has actively been uploading copyrighted material - JS hasn't uploaded anything himself. It isn't illegal to own reels, acetates or cd-r's of unreleased material or even trade versions of it, but it certainly is illegal to upload or sell copies of them.

Fuller sucks cock by choice - he's a known quantity. How you feel about the collectors on the other side of this argument is (I guess) the domain of the individual, and highly subjective.

As a Youtube user, I get pissy about the copyright hassles I've had using the tiniest cuts of things in mashups - yet Fuller runs a channel and freely uploads tons of crap wholesale, some of which I've bought myself.

This Reaction episode is boring the fuck out of me, anyway. I hope it comes to a head and quickly - a good start would be that channel disappearing.

I think it's time to give this issue a rest. JSS, just do as I suggested previously and get away from QZ for some time, I think this is getting to be a bit too much for you and everyone else. And I mean this as nicely as I can say it.
You should focus your energies elsewhere towards something more productive :)
