Queen Book - Title and Cover (Can't Remember - Help!)

I can recall an American guy (I think) had a book out a couple of years ago and I think I can recall it was about his life - in which Freddie was a big influence.

It had a cartoon picture of Freddie singing on the cover but alas I cannot recall the title of the book or the author. Starting to drive me nuts, so I would be eternally grateful to anyone who can identify the name of the book and author from this, admittedly, very poor recollection. I have had a good look on line with various searches and have got nowhere! Help!!

I think I know the book you mean. I saw it in a thrift store and almost bought it thinking it was some kind of Queen book, but it was poems inspired by Queen.
