The files are flac, but I doubt the internet broadcast was. Is this an MP3 to FLAC conversion? I'd rather it had been left as the original MP3 if that's the case, but that's more a note for the future. Too late to do anything about it now.

Depends. I'm seeding about a dozen QZ torrents and I didn't start any of them. But then only about 4 of them are ever downloaded from me anyway (2005 and 2008 fan club MP3s, Pittrek Best of the Best, and Kharkov). So are the rest of those torrents dead or not if I'm seeding them but no-one ever downloads them? Philosophical point, discuss :-).

They're not dead if you're seeding them. They're dead if you're the last seeder and you decide to stop.

The internet broadcast was a realvideo stream, there was apparently a bootleg dvd conversion. Somebody on QZ probably captured the original stream but I have yet to see it.
