Do you think it should have been a single or stay as it is

I think that RTWW is an excellent, fast-paced and energetic and exciting little rocker, but not sure if it would have done well as a single. It's good exactly where it is :)

Might have made for an incredible video, with the band actually riding the wild wind. Flying, with the wind rushing over their face and hair, reprising the "burning through the sky" images from Dont Stop Me Now.

One of the worst songs on Innuendo IMHO.

good song, not too sure if it fits the mood on "Innuendo" - could have been on "Blue Rock" as well - "Days" is an amazing track and it was the obvious single for a composition by Roger - "Innuendo" has some highs and lows as an LP

Why would you say are the lows

I actually disagree and think it would have made a decent single, though if they had to pick one of the two Roger Taylor compositions Days of our Lives was probably the better pick.

I don't mind Delilah that much, but due to the generally high quality of the songs on the record (IMO), I'd say it's a low point. That's about it, however.

I love the early version released on the 2011 re-issue of Innuendo with Roger on vocals. The drums at the beginning sound so much more powerful on that version too. I wonder how some of the Innuendo tracks would benefit from a re-mix.

Bad single idea, although I spin it often and play it on jukeboxes...

The rhythm is derivative of "walk like an egyptian" (prob not intended)
But the drums are refreshing... The changes and the guitar solo are awesome..

Still....

In the 1970s there used to be a show on British television called HOW. Ride the Wind Wind has a similar rhythm to that and also to Fleetwood Mac's Tusk.

I like the drums better in the instumental 'The Eye' version. Has some added bits

It was released in Poland as a single, and actually got to number 1!

"delilah" & "hitman" should/could have been b-sides
