Hi all, heading away on holidays soon and wanted to bring a recording from each year Queen toured with me. Apart from the official recordings I was wondering which shows everybody thought had the best sound quality. Obviously gigs like Golders Green, Rainbow, Hammersmith, Hyde Park, Houston or Earls Court, Hammersmith again, will all be contenders.

Boston 76. Get it now ! It's an audience tape, but it's ultimately better than all of the soundboards you mentioned.

Didn't you know Mooghead, ha ha I wish. Thanks Real Wizard, I agree, that is a great recording.

Brussels 1974 and Glasgow 1974 also have reasonably good quality for audience recordings ;)

Listening to those two shows will make your holidays even better!
