He also says that the album is a naturally progressing selection of songs he has written and recorded over the last few years, and is "grown up me trying to sum everything up". He says it is very eclectic, and needs a broad mind to like it all as it covers various styles from rock n roll, to tongue in cheek stuff, to dance tracks!
