So I just finished downloading this release. Fantastic quality. Thank you!
I did notice that the audio was out of sync with the video though, so here's how you can losslessly fix the issue in 5 mins.
1. Download TSMuxer http://www.videohelp.com/tools/tsMuxeR
2. Follow the settings in the attached screenshot.
Hope this helps!

For Mac users, TS Muxer for Mac doesn't work properly.
MKVToolnix is the only software I'm familiar with for syncing MPEG files on Mac.
1. Download MKVToolnix http://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix/
2. Follow settings as attached (Note: I didn't test it - lack hard disk space - but I'm 90% sure it should work. If not, play around with the delay a bit)
Note that MKV containers don't play natively on older media players unlike MPG/TS.

thanks a lot terraj for that tip! already done the muxing and corrected the audio sync, soon I'll author this video onto a regular DVD-9 (no re-encoding of course)

DVD5 is actually enough

DVD-2.5 should be enough (joke, of course) lol
yeah, I've decided it's gonna be DVD-5, DVD-9 only for Freddie...

thanks,
much appreciated.

Why not just make both a DVD9 and a DVD5? I'm involved in another group that does occasional custom sub DVD's for an anime series, and they do both DVD9 & DVD5 so as to give people options.

Just had a quick look, good to see roger n brian rocking again but Mr lambert would be better just singin naturally than actin his way thru it cos he looks a twat.[/QUOTE]
looking like a twat, acting like a twat, singing like a twat, doesn't this lead to a conclusion?

After I posted my instructions on adjusting the audio sync, I realised that a delay of 150ms was more appropriate than 175. Just thought you might wanna know :)

I am on the process of creating a DVD of this (DVD-9), just looking for a tool that wont re-encode the video, because this is already MPEG-2, and re-encoding leads to loosing quality.
Can anyone recomend a tool for this? Preferably free and that also alows to create a simple chapter selection menu?
If you are going to create a DVD-5 make sure you split the video in two discs, otherwise you will have to compress the video with quality loss.
Thanks

I did it with 175 and it looks just fine to me. It does look more natural, although I probably wouldn't have noticed it if you hadn't mentioned it.
