What I forgot to mention is that the singing of all possible notes on just one world is getting in my nerves. You hear it during " I want To Break Free" and at least in the end of "We Are The Champions" The word "World" seems to be a part of "The Neverending Story". Paul Rodgers made similar things to bring the end of songs to a climax and I never liked it cause it feels to overloaded or overburned.
@people on streets:
yes, it's time for an Edirol actually and I had more then one time an eye on it but the pain isn't strong enough yet to pay the money for it. Cause on the other hand it's nice to hear your masters while walking or cycling. What a fool...I know. as I mentioned the word fool...ehm cardiods of omnis????
THANK YOU!!!! It was a great show! I am so happy that people like you are recording this shows, so that it will never be forgotten! :)

You can listen to them too on the Edirol. I would know, since I own and regularly use the R-09 model myself :-)
Since Roland discontinued the R-09 model, I would suggest if/when you eventually get the R-05 model which does offer 96/24 recording, pick up a 16GB SDHC card at minimum. That way, you'll still have more than plenty room for overhead :-)
That being said, I've been wanting to junk my Hi-MD recorder for quite some time but never could have been bothered to get around to doing so, lol!
Thanks for the recording by the way! Can't wait to check it out

Indeed.
(owner of the R-05)
Actually, I think the R-05 is Rolands hidden gem. In many ways better than the Edirol R-09 HR wich everyone seems to be after.

After all a read about it I would say cardiod but I'm not sure. I bought them 2nd hand from another taper. Are the Church Audio STC - 11 not cardiod always?
regards
W.
I think the standard is cardioid indeed. But they do have switchable capsules, so you can also screw omni caps on them.
For more info about taping:

The manufactor of the church equipment is active on that forum as well.
Thank you very much for the information. So I'll stay for a visit in the taper's section if anyone is asking...
Surely Mr. Church can be very proud to see his equipment working on so many places in the world.
You're welcome!
taperssection.com is a nice place for info about taping!
The show was incredible! Adam Lambert really got better from the Kiev concert, he made less of those high-pitched, screamed vocal show-offs. It's a pity that there were some technical problems with lighting (Spike almost got hit by the piece of lighting equipment!) and sound (during Tie Your Mother Down).
BIG THANKS FOR THIS TORRENT!!!!
WONDERFUL CONCERT, AS DR. MAY SAID "A NIGHT TO BE REMEMBERED" - DEFINITELY, I FELT LIKE AT ONE OF THE WEMBLEY GIGS ;D AMAZING FEELING. AND THE AUDIENCE - BEST OF THE BEST. THANKS YOU ALL!!!
