Thanks for pointing out that Dime has always done this. Personally I don't like private trackers, they're a bad thing. My average share ratio across all torrents is in excess of 5, but if no-one wants to upload what I have from a private tracker (as is happening now) I can end up unable to download anything.
You can always upload something from your own collection, providing it meets with the tracker requirements. And Dime is not that bad, keeping a share ratio of 0,25 is not that hard.
