Well yeah, I meant any form of home release. Well at least the sound is good. Showing in Australia too!

Yes, indeed is great, besides the picture quality is mind blowing compared to the old vhs. In Argentina is also gonna be shown, so i am very happy man. I hope they add extra material for the home release

I've compared with the 4:3 release, and although it gained some little information (image) on the sides, that is nothing compared with the cropping made to make the image 16:9.
The video as much more image cropped on top and bottom, than image added to the sides.

What scares me is the fact that USER MIKLOS will be right. I see the same camera angle shots as on the old VHS tape. So this may be the proof the old Budapest MAfilm reels are truly gone

Yup - I think that's beyond debate. Even more gutting than missing things like the rock n roll medley is that Tue Your Mother Down and Crazy Little Thing... are butchered. Still, at least Tear It Up was left in which wasn't originally the case with Wembley

MIKLOS is a liar

Really?
So are you saying that if the edit is EXACTLY the same as the VHS (which judging from the trailer, the running length and the wording of the press release, it is), then Queen have decided against reinstating the missing footage and instead are just hoarding it in the archives?

They don't possess any of the original camera negatives, only the finished edit. Miklos has explained this.

That doesn't mean they don't have the full thing. Wembley DVD has the same camera angles than the VHS release (with minor changes), but still they have the full gig in multi-cam but decided to edit the DVD with the already known angles from the VHS edit. If they wanted, they could have release Wembley DVD with a completly brand new camera angle edit. (the first Wembley DVD release has 4 songs with multi-angle)
But still i believe that they don't have the full Budapest gig. Just the original negative used for the VHS release. Maybe they will prove i'm wrong with the DVD/Blu-Ray release.

Just wait fot the home release. I am quite sure that will be the full concert, or at least will include more footage.

Saying and seeing are two different things so indeed lets wait for the DVD. I personally think we see a restored edit and NO originally complete tranferred master tape
