if it were called "greatest songs/tracks" that'd be different, but it isn't...so don't try and be clever and make out you were making some incisive statement...you weren't, and even if had been clever enough to (which you weren't) the analogy does not bear examination....like your brain in a hospital scanner ;-)

What is a hit? It's a track that has sold well. I made an analogy between the moans that have annoyed me well, the greatest moans, and the greatest tracks that have sold well, the greatest hits. Everyone got that.
But you were clearly not smart enough to get what I meant instantly. You were just trying to come up with an argument, that did not hold any waters, because you felt stupid. Buy yourself some literature. You're never too old to attempt to get smarter.
