What's the story behind this pic?

I had not seen this shot before, I came across it today, I think it's taken from the Queen Poland fan site.

Can anyone shed light on it? where? when? and what's going on? is Elton listening to a Queen track or is Fred listening to an Elton track? if so which track?

I'd say it's from 1976.

so it's probably something from captain fantastic / rock from the westies, or ANATO / ADATR that's on the board?
