He is Jeremy Kapone. And yes, he does seem to be stupid enough to make a fool of himself under his real name.
Surely some sort of joke, the poster, the comments, etc, I think it's SBC himself. But like most of his characters its no longer funny.
But this is kinda funny: the one movie that IMDb mentions as his most noticable performance (at least I think how IMDb search thing works?) is called LOL. Don't know why, but sounds appropriate..
