nottingham 98 comparison

I am sorry to use this forum for an OT but I need to know an answer for eventually sharing this recording

can anyone compare these files?
the one downloaded at queenzone (in mp3) and my version on CD (but audiochecker can not determine the source)

They're both really bad.

One is mp3-sourced, and you can hear the 1s and 0s permeate the sound. The other has digital noise, probably because of disc rot.

So I'd pick neither.

what a shame, I was hoping to update the old mp3 sourced version!
